             Sandeep Marwah Honored at British Parliament

London: One of the most popular name in the film television and media fraternity of Republic of India-Dr. Sandeep Marwah the first chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts, was honored in the House of Common at British Parliament in London, for his untiring contribution to the media and entertainment industry world wide.

Sandeep Marwah is the only person representing more than 45 countries as Brand Ambassador/Cultural Ambassador, Chairperson of Art and Cultural forums appointed by different governments of the World.

Sandeep Marwah has created six World record in all these years of his involvement with media and entertainment industry. He has been chairing more than 100 organizations all over the World. He is associated with more than 5000 events and every program sums up to “Love, Peace And Unity Through Art And Culture”.

Teacher to 15000 media professionals and producer of largest number of short films around 2500, Marwah is a known social worker, brand ambassador for Skill Development, Government programs like Save The Girl Child, Tourism and has been honored many times abroad.

Baroness Sandip Verma presented the award to Dr. Sandeep Marwah at House of Common in a glittering function in the presence of large Parliamentarians and people from all walks of life. “ Dr. Marwah deserves international appreciation, we have done our share of job,” said Baroness Sandip Verma.

“I am much obliged to every one present here in the House of Common of British Parliament and this award has added a lot more responsibilities on my shoulder, which I carry back home with great pleasure,” I am carrying lots of love and hope back home to serve the world of cinema, art and culture in a much bigger way,” said Dr. Marwah   receiving the award.

The event was planned by a social organization Confluence under the leadership of Smita Srivastava and international advisor Mahendrasihn Jadeja.

 

 

United Kingdom Chapter of ICMEI Inaugurated at London

                     Grand Opening of ICMEI London Chapter

London: The new chapter of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry for United Kingdom inaugurated here with great pomp and show on the visit of Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor AAFT University of Media And Arts and President of ICMEI at London.

A grand event was organized by ICMEI at newly opened and a prestigious club Bollywood Stories at London in the presence of who’s who connected to films, television, media, education and other glamour industries.

“We are overwhelmed by he response we have been getting all over the World for the activities, coordination and support ICMEI has been extended to the people of different industries, that has induced us to open another chapter at London,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

“London is considered as the leading global city exerting a considerable impact upon the arts, commerce, education, entertainment, fashion, finance, healthcare, media, professional services, research and development, tourism and transportation. ICMEI is thankful to you all for being with us here today,” added Dr. Marwah.

Sandeep Marwah also nominated Mahendrasinh Jadeja as the chair for London Committee of ICMEI. Mahendrasinh Jadeja is a prominent member of the Indian community in Britain. He is a Business Consultant and an Ambassador for the Loomba Foundation. He is also part of the Executive of National Congress of Gujarati Organizations and President of Rajput Samaj of United Kingdom.

Later Sandeep Marwah honored all the prominent members with the life membership of World Peace Development And Research Foundation, which was followed by gala evening and dinner.

Oxford: A well-known film and media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah now also Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts invited by Dr. Padmesh Gupta of Oxford Business College at Oxford.

“It was last 2005 when we met Dr. Marwah at Oxford, today it is a great honor for us to receive him at the college as the chief guest and to deliver a key note address at   the centre,” said Dr. Padmesh Gupta. ”Intimation on all mediums of media has been posted to inform all the students to be part of this evening with Dr. Marwah who has been six times World Record Holder,” added Dr. Padmesh.

“We all here at Oxford amazed by the qualifications and capacity of Marwah to work in the field of media and entertainment industry and creating a wonderful place for himself internationally,” said Sarwar Khawaja European Economic Senator of Economic Senate present on the occasion.

“It is my honor and privilege to be here with you all. Leaders are born but leaders are created too at a place called Oxford Business College, established right at the Education capital of the World,” initiated Marwah. He spoke at length the qualities of a good leader and expressed his desire that every one should get into some social activities to be    remained as good human being.

Later Dr. Sandeep Marwah was presented with a memento by the principal of the college Gerry Takamura and Munir Lone of OBC. Dr. Marwah met all the faculty members and administrative staff of the college and students from different countries.

11th Global Film Festival Noida Grown Bigger Second Day

   Dignities Present on Second Day of Global Film Festival Noida

Noida: 44 Events, 54000 footfall, 9 locations, 300 Staff, 12 Months Preparation, 45 countries Global Film Festival has broken all records of excitement and entertainment in two full days at Noida Film City.

“Workshops Seminars, interactions, talks, film releases, film screenings, poster releases, symposiums, competitions, exhibitions, entertainment all at same place was the best combination ever seen,” said H.E. Radu Octavian Dobre Ambassador of Romania to India on the second day opening of 11th Global Film Festival Noida 2018.

“These Film festivals are the best way to showcase your films to the international audience. I have learned that four new film releases have taken place in this festival which is great even at the international standard,” showed keen interest by H.E. Jozef Drofenik Ambassador of Slovenia to India.

“Participation of African countries has added a lot to this festival. Every time the involvement has gone double. Soon we will also have a separate film festival for films from Lesotho,” said H.E. Bothata Tsikoane High Commissioner of Kingdom of Lesotho impressed by the energy of the festival.

Women Empowerment programme attracted many working ladies from all over India who were honored with the life membership of World Peace Development And Research Foundation of Marwah Studios presented by the Ambassadors and High Commissioner. It all happened after the seminar on Women In Cinema.

Aparna Agarwal of International Women’s Film Forum, , Gangeshwar lal Srivastava, Gen Secy, FSSAMU and Shridhar Chari, Producer also spoke on the occasion.

An exhibition of paintings by the students of Asian School of Media Studies, Poster of Shakespeare Forum from AAFT School of Performing Arts, News Bulletin of second day designed by AAFT School of Journalism were released by the guests at the separate stage.

“Seeing the working capacity of Marwah Studios, we have agreed to open the office of Federation at Marwah Studios Complex under the supervision of Sandeep Marwah,” said B. N. Tewari President FWICE- Federation of Western India Cine Employees, an organization of five hundred thousand   Hindi Cinema Workers.

“I am lucky to release my women oriented film Ahilya today with the first screening at Global Film Festival Noida,” said Raju Parsekar Film Director.

“We have grown much bigger. ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with International Film And Television Club will present another Global Film Festival Next year,” thanked Marwah.

2nd Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh Attracted Indian Film Industry

New Delhi: The most prestigious and historical hall of Vigyan Bhawan saw the 2nd Edition of Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh where the big wigs of Hindi Film Industry were honored for their untiring contribution to Hindi Cinema.

“Almost 110 years of Hindi Cinema we somehow forgot to honor and highlight the contribution of   this most popular cinema of the World at the cental level with National awards exclusively. We at ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry could feel the pain of this need last year,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI and Marwah Studios at the second edition of Hindi Cinema Samman Samaroh at Vigyan Bhawan.

This year an award committee was constituted at ICMEI in association with AAFT- Asian Academy of Film And Television and announced National Awards in the first go for Film producers Boney Kapoor, Mehul Kumar, Actor- Director Nandita Das, Actor Sanjay Kapoor and Zareen Khan and Film Educator Deepak Marwah who were sharing the prestigious dais of Vigyan Bhawan with Ministers of Government of India.

Hon. Satya Pal Singh Union Minister of State, Ministry of Human Resource Development responsible for Higher Education and Minister of State in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Government of India and Vijay Sampla Union Minister of State Ministry of Social Justice And Empowerment, Government of India, presented the awards. The Ministers were also felicitated for their contribution to Hindi Cinema.

The award function was the third day event of 11th Global Film Festival Noida 2018.

      11th Global Film Festival Noida 2018 Inaugurated at NFC

Noida: Great Grand opening of 11th Global Film Festival Noida 2018 was witnessed by    hundreds of filmmakers, film lovers and film students from all over India and abroad at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City.

“We have grown immensely and it is evident  that Global Film Festival Noida is one of the most vibrant and interesting festivals of the World. The presence of thousands of people from all over the globe is an indication of its popularity,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of GFFN in the opening remarks.

“We would like to be part of every event by Marwah Studios and ICMEI. Indo Ghana relations will touch new heights with our presence through ICMEI to promote art and culture. It is always a learning experience once you are in these kinds of International festivals,” said H.E. Michael Oquaye High Commissioner of Ghana to India.

“Indo Nigerian Relations   have a lot to do with Indian Cinema and especially the role of Marwah. It is a proud moment for us to be part of this prestigious international event,” said H.E Maj. Gen. Chris Sunday Eze High Commissioner of Nigeria to India.

“Indo Brazil Film And Cultural Forum, which was launched recently, has given a new energy to our relationship. We have started considering promotion of our activities through films, art  and culture in association with ICMEI. Global Film Festival is a grand show,” added Roberta Lima Cultural Attaché of Embassy of Brazil in India.

“I would have never come to know the magnitude of festival if I would have not been here. The perfect international arrangements and full of youth and energy has made this festival a very exclusive one in the World. I would love to be part of this every time,” said Mehul Kumar writer producer director and Senior Vice President of IMPPA- Indian Motion Picture Producers Association.

Renowned    actor of more than 15 films  Pritam Kangane said,”what a lovely environment , every corner is decorated , every hall is full and so much to do in three days-that’s the real festival I am attending,”

“ I don’t miss the chance to be here at Global Film Festival. GFFN can be compared to any international film festival be the films, and other allied activities,” said Popular film director Pankaj Parashar who has visited the festival maximum times.

“It is a honor to be part of this festival and especially when your new film is being released; the importance is converted into prestige. I considered especially this festival to showcase my new film,” said Jyant Gilator well known film director.

The dignitaries released a book written by Ashok Tyagi “ABC of Film Making” followed by an exhibition by Suddha Rani Sama. A poster release function of Mahatma Gandhi Forum and release of News bulletin at the lawns added ample glamour to the show.

        Film Director Mudassar Abdul Aziz at AAFT Film School

Noida: AAFT School of Cinema invited renowned film director Mudassar Abdul Aziz for a full day workshop and to interact with the students of cinema in different streams.

“A man of that caliber is an asset to the education. His vast experience in contemporary cinema and explanation to his own thinking has enhanced the course to next level,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group.

“I am here to clear your wrong notions, if any, towards Indian film industry in general and film production in specific. What film students need to know is the most creative part that is film making,” said Mudassar Abdul Aziz.

Mudassar has written and directed three major feature films like Dulha Mil Gaya, Happy Bhag Jyayegi, Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi. He is also the writer for feature films Showbiz, Zindgi Rocks, Dil Diya Hai and Ashiq Banaya Apne.

Sandeep Marwah Released The Music Album of J Khanna

New Delhi: A musical evening was organized at Triveni Kala Sangam at Mandi House to present and release the music album of upcoming singer J Khanna.

“Music is life, music enhance the spirituality within you. It is technique to heal body, mind and soul. Our culture has been strong enough because we have music for all occasions – right from birth to death,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah while releasing the album of J Khanna along with other dignities on the stage.

“I am happy that I could start a school of performing arts and now in touch with all sorts of music as a daily routine. Even earlier in a film school we have emphasized a lot on music. Films are   nothing without music be a song or back round music,” added Marwah appreciating the songs and compositions in the music album.

President AAFT Addressed to Faculty on Diwali Day

Noida: The President of Asian Education Group Sandeep Marwah addressed the whole faculty, administration and members of the management on pre Diwali day and expressed his gratitude to each and every one.

“I am much obliged to each and very one who is present here and who is not present here for there sincere contribution to the making of AAFT as an international brand of education,” said Sandeep Marwah a day before the Diwali like last many years.

“We have grown from 40 to 4000 as far as students are concerned and 40 to 400 for managing the affairs. Seven World Records, more than 600 awards including 110 international accolades, twelve colleges and international status of being the first ten best film schools of the World and now the first film University status, nothing could have happened without your support. I cannot ignore the participation of even one person who has contributed to even one class ever taken in this campus,” added Marwah thanking all the staff members.

The meeting was followed by presentation of Diwali Gifts and lunch. Sandeep Marwah personally greeted every member of Marwah Studios.

New Delhi: A get together recently was organized by Rotary Club at the residence of Dr. Udit Raj member Parliament to greet and honor few important dignities who all have done well in their respective fields.

We are proud of media personality Sandeep Marwah, the six times World Record Holder now four times Doctor and only Indian to bring 110 international awards from more than 70 countries of the World. Rotary Club honors him to bring the name of country to new level in the World,” said Gaurav Gupta of Rotary Club inviting Marwah to receive his award.

Dr. Udit Raj and H.E. Sidharto Reza Suryodipuro Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia to India presented the award in the presence of august audience. Social worker Parul Mahajan , H.E. Augusto Montiel Ambassador of Venezuela to India and other dignities congratulated Sandeep Marwah.
