GCTC Will Expand Its Wings To Other Segments of Life

                Board Meeting of GCTC at Headquarters

New Delhi: A board meeting of GCTC- Global Counter Terrorism Council took place in the administrative office of Delhi and numerous points of planning were discussed for the forth coming programs in 2019.

The major decision taken during the meeting was to start addition body, which could cover the other important segments of life as they are not only necessary but essential for todays living as suggested by Aditya Tikoo convener of the organization.

“We are more than happy to support the board decision as we need to expand our horizon and point of discussion other than terrorism which we have been covering for all these two and a half years,” said Sandeep Marwah Founder member of GCTC and President International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

The new body will be called Global Energy and Environment Council. Soon few new programs will be announced under this body including an award function to be held in Delhi in partnership with ICMEI.

Indo Panama Film And Cultural Forum Launched at ICMEI

              Indo Panama Film And Cultural Forum Launched

Noida: ICMEI- International Chamber o Media And Entertainment Industry in association with Embassy of Panama in India launched first ever Indo Panama Film And Cultural Forum to develop and promote better relation between two countries.

A poster projecting colorful flags of India and Panama was released by H.E. Ricardo A Berna Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of Panama in India to launch the new forum which was followed by signing of the MOU between the two.

Today is a very auspicious day for us as we could launch first ever association between two countries which will directly deal with the embassy and people of Panama to promote Indian arts in Panama and Panama culture in India,” said H.E. Ricardo A Berna Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of Panama to India.

“We have planned many events and occasions where we are going to highlight our relations with Panama. We are going to cover Print, Radio, Television, New Media, Films, Tourism and Hospitality, Environment, Fashion & Design, Skill Development, Solar energy and Peace issues,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

“To stat with We have already planned a scholarship for the deserving student from Panama for three months course in film making at AAFT, which will be handed over to Embassy in due course of time,” added Marwah.

“Joining hands with ICMEI is the best part of the year ending 2018. We are sure we will start with   ample activities in the coming year,” said Fauzia Bakshi the coordinator of Embassy of Panama in India.

“I am happy to learn that ICMEI has department of Performing arts and we are going to be part of their event very soon,” said Fidel Dely Murillo renowned   drummer and musician from Panama while appreciating the launching of the forum.

The President of Marwah Studios Dr. Sandeep Marwah was nominated and appointed Honorary Chairperson of this forum by the Charge d’ Affariers and on the other hand Dr. Sandeep Marwah presented Patron ship of Indo Panama Film And Cultural Forum to H.E. Ricardo A Berna Charge d’ Affairs.

 

Secretary General ICME Ashok Tyagi spoke about ICMEI and Amir Abdullah paid vote of thanks. Many filmmakers, journalists and large number of media professionals, attended the event.

Ricardo A Berna Now Patron to IPFCF

 

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry presented Patronship to H.E. Ricardo A Berna Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of Panama to India on the formation of new forum at Marwah Studios at Noida Film City.

“Indo Panama Film And Cultural Forum will further promote the relations between India and Panama through arts and culture. Panama has lot to offer to the World. This is the first ever association has been formed in India with ICMEI and I am sure it will bring the relation to next stage,” said H.E. Ricardo A Berna Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of Panama to India.

“ICMEI- congratulates the Embassy of Panama on the formation of this new association and happy to work under the leadership of H.E. Ricardo A Berna to develop and promote relation between two countries,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

Ricardo A Berna is a Postgraduate in Regional Integration from Loyola University, Córdoba, Spain after his Bachelor Degree in International Relations from Panama University.

He has served for almost 14 years in the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Panamá and has been Director of External Politic, European Department, Asia Department and Consular Department.

He has been Part of the Panama Negotiation Team during the Association Agreement between Central America and the European Union in 2008, Part of the Panamanian External Services as Diplomat of Career from 2014

He was appointed Consul in Charge in the General Consulate of Panama in Vancouver B.C., Canada in 2016 and now Deputy Head of The Mission in Panama Embassy in India from 2018.

Sandeep Marwah Nominated Chair For Indo Panama Forum

Noida: A well-known educationist and a media person Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios has been nominated as the Chair of new framed Indo Panama Film And Cultural Forum by Government of Panama.

H.E. Ricardo A Berna Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of Panama to India appointed Dr. Sandeep Marwah as head of this organization called Indo Panama Film And Cultural Forum to develop and promote better relations between two countries through arts and culture.

“We are happy to join hands with Dr. Sandeep Marwah who has a vast experience in cultural diplomacy and has been in the business of art and culture promotion for many years,” said H.E. Ricardo A Berna Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of Panama to India.

“I am more than excited to take the responsibility of IPFCF and have many new and unique ideas to promote our relations. We will soon be announcing few of the ideas in the next few days. I am thankful to the Government of Panama for trusting me and bestowing upon me a wonderful responsibility of promoting arts and culture,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

Miss Teen Universe India 2019 at Marwah Studios

New Delhi: In a spectacular show, ten beautiful teens enthralled the audience as they competed for the most coveted title ‘Miss Teen Universe India 2019’ at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City. In a contest that lasted three-hours, this year’s Miss Teen Universe India pageant had it all – from being beautiful to have an exceptional blend of mind – and the crown went to Miss Apurva Thakur. 

“It is a great pleasure to see young Indian girls representing India on such a prestigious platform. We are no less than any other country when it comes to competition in fashion, design and modeling. Indian girls have proved that beauty and brains go together,” said renowned media personality Sandeep Marwah the President of Marwah Studios as chief Guest while inaugurating the show.

Apurva hails from Mumbai and is currently pursuing Bachelor of Architecture from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia. 19-year-old Apurva has now advanced to the next level of the competition and will be representing India in Panama for the most sought-after title of Miss Teen Universe 2019.  “I can’t explain in words how happy and proud I feel at the moment. Winning this pageant will be one of my biggest achievement in life. I thank the jury for choosing me for the big stage. I am very excited about representing India at the global stage,” said an elated Apurva.  

The runners-up include Palak Kohli and Chavi Mehal from Delhi. 19-year-old Palak emerged as the first runner-up.  The experience from this stage will definitely help me get better in future,” said Palak.  “First of all, I would like to congratulate Apurva for winning tonight.,” said Chavi , second runner up Miss Teen India, 2019, I also want to thank National Director of Teen Universe Jasmeet kaur  for this whole show and Shristi Kaur (Teen Universe for 2017)

The finalists were selected from pan-India on the basis of an online audition. The event was mediated by a panel of esteemed eminent judges including Dr. Rita Gangwani (Retired Lieutenant) Aarti Kapur (Co-founder and Director of Marigold Naturals), Tammana Singh (MD of Uberlux India), Sharmila Jethmalani (Chief Stylist – Network 18 CNN-IBN) and Television Celebrity personality Rapper Maddy and Development Mentor Melvin Naroha ,Co Sponsor K.g Maheshwari (owner of Kiaasa Retails & Jungle Jamboree )The previous year’s winner Srishti Kaur did the crowning ceremony of Apurva. 

Final Day of Delhi International Arts Festival at Marwah Studios

Noida: 5th was the final day at Marwah Studios to celebrate Delhi international Arts Festival. “We have covered classical and modern dances, music in all forms including instrumental and vocal, experimental theatres, painting and sculpture exhibitions, short and feature films from India and abroad,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios on the final day at studios.

The closing function was attended by who’s who of the city, art lovers and film, television, media, pr events, fashion and design students from all over India and abroad. “there is hardly a chair vacant we all have to see two hours extravaganza with new spirit and energy,” added Marwah motivating the audience.

Paul Song Director International Youth Affairs from Korea, Ben de Keyser artist from Belgium, Acharya Sayendra Narain of Confederation of World Religion, Dr. Gopal Ji of Global Yog Alliance, Guru Meenu Thakur Dance Exponent, Dr. Harish Tripathi renowned Architect, Sonia Dhingra makeup artist and Ramesh Lohan of Federation of Yoga lighted the ceremonial lamp to inaugurate the final day events.

The evening was charged with enthusiasm with Dance recital by Guru Meenu Thakur followed by terrific performance by INCREDIBLE- a Korean band. The students of AAFT School of Performing Arts including Akshat, Aanchal Bisht, Riya Sharma, Aarti, Mandeep Kaur and professional like Bhaskar Jha, Albeena Abbas were on vocals.

Creative dances were followed by a high profiled well-designed colorful fashion show where the students of AAFT School of Fashion and Design presented a vibrant fashion show. The last was an acrobatic Dance Art Fusion called Sacred Place by Belgium artists Ben de Keyser, Bran De Beul, Grete Moortgat, Yesse De Veyser and Naemic Schellens.

Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios presented vote of thanks to Pratibha Prahlad the festival director and to Ministry of Culture, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Tourism Government of India and Government of Delhi who all blessed the festival.

4th Day of D I A F Highly Appreciated at Marwah Studios

Noida: “Never before we have crossed three days for any festival be it a Global Film Festival, Global Festival of Journalism, Global Literary Festival or Global Fashion Week. We have added another day to Delhi Arts Festival at Marwah Studios as our purpose is to bring best of the arts to Noida and remove the wall between two states Delhi and UP,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

The function started with the formal inauguration by Padam Shri Biman B Das Chairman AIFACS- All India Fine Arts Crafts Society along with stage performer Fiora Gardner from Australia, dance exponent Jyoti Srivastava, renowned painter Parul Mehra, Art Promoter Nirmal Vaid and Rameshwar by lighting the ceremonial lamp.

Like every day the evening started with the classical dance performance by Jyoti Srivastava. Musical group Alawiya presented Sufi Songs and added a lot of value to the show. Few artists from AAFT School of Performing Arts gave solo numbers and a traffic performance by Veilile from Ghana.

In Last an Australian Theatre artist Fiora Gardner steel the show with her performance in play depicting Women tradition, continuity and modernity titled- KALI which was a thematic experimental Dance. Later Marwah presented all the artists with the memento of 12th Delhi International Arts Festival.

3rd Day of Delhi International Arts Festival at Marwah Studios

Noida: “First time we have brought Delhi International Arts Festival to Noida in 12 years. We have reduced the boundaries of Delhi and Noida with this festival. No doubt that we are part of Delhi NCR,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT on the third day of the festival at Marwah Studios.

Krishna Troupe member of Flame of The Forest from Singapore, Lou Jio Member of Beauty Melody of China, Gargi Goswami renowned Classical Dancer, Trilok Sharma of Noida Ad Agency, U.S. Sonthalia of Fame India Magazine, Ashok Tyagi Secretary General of ICMEI and Sushil Bharti of Radio Noida along with Dr. Sandeep Marwah inaugurated the third day of the festival with huge audience anxiously waiting for the cultural event.

A classical dance recital in Sattriya Form by Gargi Goswami was the opening performance on stage followed by Beauty Melody Sicham Orchestra by Chinese Group. A group from Singapore-Flame of the Forest presented fusion music.

Alhada –Band of AAFT School of Performing Arts consisting of Gaurav Banerjee, Hitesh Bhatt, Dhruv Madan, Jatin More and Donald Joseph gave a very professional presentation.

Sandeep Marwah Nominated Chancellor of University

New Delhi: A well known film, television and media personality and President of Marwah Studios Dr.Sandeep Marwah has been nominated as the Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts by the Government of Chhattisgarh under the Governors order.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been in media and arts for more than 30 years. He has been titled at different occasions as Global Cultural Minister, Global Peace Ambassador, Global Management Guru, Global Leader, Global Green Ambassador, Man of Asia and International Media Guru for his untiring contribution to media and art industry.

His involvement with media and arts is immense other than as founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios and Asian Academy of Film And Television. He has been chairing almost 100 national and international organizations. He is the only Indian to be honored by almost 50 countries with 120 international accolades.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah with six world records has been honored recently at House of Common in British Parliament in London and Bavaria Parliament in Munich.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah is in education for 26 years and has a very vast experience in different fields and discipline related to media and arts.

2nd Day of Delhi International Arts Festival Celebrated at Noida

Noida: The second day of Delhi International Arts Festival attracted many people from Noida and adjoining areas as the Word of mouth spread in the whole town. The large arrangements catered to hundreds of art lovers.

Dr. R.P. Agarwal Advisor Shobhit University, Dr. Nabhit Kapoor President Peaceful Foundation, Dr. K.D. Gupta Chairman Environment Committee of ICMEI, Kaveri Mehta Dance Exponent and Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios inaugurated the event.

“Art and culture is the only way we can unite the people of different countries of the World. This is what we have been doing, trying to bring love, peace and unity through art and culture,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

The Program started with dance recital Bharatanatyam ARANGETRAM Performance of Kaveri Mehta who learned under Guru Geeta Chandran Founder-President of NATYA VRIKSHA followed by Third Eye Band created by Ankit Kumar, Rishabh Dhawan, Abhishek Negi, Ajay Saxena and Anurag Verma.

An electrifying performance by Nigerian singer popularly known as Chapter 7 enjoyed every one. Thousand and One Nights-A fantasy Dance and Comedy was presented by a Romanian Group with Ruxandra Balasu and Ovidiu Usvat as actors directed by Ingrid Bonta.
