During their visit, Neha Sharma and Nawazuddin Siddiqui captivated the students with their exceptional talent, enthralling everyone with their mesmerizing songs, powerful dialogues, and captivating performances. Nawazuddin Siddiqui, renowned for his stellar performances in movies such as Gangs of Wasseypur, The Lunchbox, Raman Raghav 2.0, and Manto, has gained international recognition with eight of his films being screened at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.

Neha Sharma, an accomplished Indian actress and model, made her mark in the industry with her debut in the Telugu film Chirutha (2007) and subsequently in the Hindi film Crook (2010).

New Delhi: Renowned media personality and cultural icon, Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT School of Performing Arts, recently spoke on the topic of Indian classical music and the tabla, a traditional Indian percussion instrument. In his address, Marwah emphasized the significance of classical music in India’s cultural heritage and its role in fostering a sense of community and connection among its listeners at the Ninety Seventh Birth Anniversary Celebration of renowned tabla Player  Pandt Chatur Lal organised by the family at his museum.

Sandeep Marwah also spoke about the tabla, highlighting its unique rhythmic patterns and the intricate techniques required to master the instrument. He praised the contributions of renowned tabla player Pandit Chatur Lal  throughout history and stressed the importance of preserving and promoting this rich musical tradition for future generations.

Pranshu Chatur Lal, the grandson of Pandit Chatur Lal also presented marvellous musical pieces for the audience and impressed    by his charm of playing Tabla in different styles.

AAFT Signed MOU with Fintech & Blockchain Association USA

Noida: The Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with  Fintech & Blockchain Association CIC Cambridge, Ma, USA.,  an organization that promotes new media, including Blockchain, Metaverse Artificial Intelligence. The MOU was signed to enhance the academic and technical capabilities of AAFT’s faculty and students in the field of new media.

As part of the agreement, AAFT and IAFCF will collaborate on research and development initiatives, exchange faculty members and students, and organize training programs and workshops on metaverse artificial intelligence and other new media technologies. This partnership will enable AAFT students to gain exposure to the latest developments in new media, preparing them for successful careers in the industry.

“The MOU is expected to open up new opportunities for AAFT’s faculty and students in the growing field of new media and provide them with access to cutting-edge technologies and resources.,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT. The event was supported by Indo American Film & Cultural Forum (IAFCF). Dr. Bhaskar Sindhu also confirmed the visit of few experts from USA next week.

They can also bring attention to important social and environmental issues, such as climate change, poverty, human rights, and animal welfare. Documentaries can give a voice to marginalized communities, amplify their struggles, and bring awareness to their stories,” expressed Rahul Rawail renowned film maker from Mumbai while lighting the ceremonial lamp.
