115th Edition of AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films at Marwah Studios
Noida witnessed a grand celebration as the 115th edition of the AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films was launched with great fanfare. Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the driving force behind the festival, proudly shared its accomplishments.
The festival was recently honored by the World Book of Records London, which recognized it as a world record holder for being the only festival to reach its 115th edition. It is also the only festival that takes place four times a year and has provided a golden opportunity to 3,000 directors and 12,000 film technicians to showcase their debut films.
The esteemed chief guest of the event was Satish Rai, a renowned filmmaker from Australia. He recounted his journey in the film industry, which began at Marwah Studios twenty-two years ago when he visited Sandeep Marwah at Noida Film City. Dr. Sandeep Marwah had the honor of releasing Satish Rai’s fifth book, “Romance with Cinema,” during the festival. A passage from the book was read, highlighting his memorable interaction with Dr. Marwah.
The festival featured an array of exceptional films that captivated the large audience from India and abroad. Some notable films showcased were “Film After Accident” directed by Ajaj Ahmed, “Loop” directed by Suraj BK, “The Celebration” by Deepali, “Kahanibaaz” by Bhagmal, “Talk Show” by Tisha Arora, and the music video “Karmacoma” directed by Deepali.
Several esteemed personalities graced the event with their presence, including Zena Chung, a social worker from South Korea, Vinay Reddy Sarikonda, Vice Chancellor of the European Digital University in the UAE, Surabhi Pandey, a writer and actor, Saarthak Chaudhary, a model and actor, Divya Goel, a para-athlete and lecturer, Aslam Khan, an event designer from Mumbai, and Dr. Ajay Kumar, the Director of AAFT Quality Control.

Indo Romania Film and Cultural Forum Celebrated Romania Day

May 9th was a special day for Romanians, as it marked the proclamation of independence of the Romanian state back in 1877, the UN Coalition’s Victory Day in WWII and Europe Day.
Indo Romania Film and Cultural Forum in association with Embassy of Romania has been conducting large number of events related to art and culture to promote relations between the people of India and Romania. A colourful fashion week projected dresses from Romania designed by Indian Designer recently and soon a Romanian food festival will be planned at Noida Film City.
Third Show First Day Inaugurated by Panama Ambassador at Marwah Studios
The 7th Global Fashion Week at Marwah Studios in Noida kicked off with a spectacular range of garments designed by young and talented designers of AAFT School of Fashion and Design. In the third session of the event’s first day, the audience witnessed a fantastic display of creativity and design inspired by the cultural diversity of countries such as Cambodia, Bulgaria, Guyana, Armenia, Panama, Brazil, Cuba, Afghanistan, and Cyprus.
Amol Singh, Sunita Kushwaha, Komal Kumari, Pavannish Singh, Kashish Arora, VarshaGupta, Ayush Gupta, Aleena Israil, Gagandeep, Gudia Kashyap, HimaniNegi, and Priti Chandan were the designers from AAFT School of Fashion and Design who showcased their exceptional skills and expertise in front of the international audience.
The event was graced by the presence of H.E. Yasiel A. Burillo R Ambassador of Panama, who was the chief guest of the occasion. Tina, CEO True Fashion, Designer Anushka, and Designer Rahul were also present as guests of honor. Anabella Chavez Presstan, the third secretary of the Embassy of Panama, along with Anuj Lalwani, Shilpi Bahadur, Mania Kaur, Pankaj Choudhary, Means Malhotra, Ranju Rai, Ayati, and many others appreciated the show and applauded the designers’ efforts.
Sandeep Marwah, the founder of Marwah Studios, emphasized the significance of fashion as a means of artistic expression and a reflection of cultural trends. Second Session of 7th Global Fashion Week Inaugurated with Pomp and Show
Noida’s Marwah Studios was buzzing with excitement as the Global Fashion Week Noida 2023 kicked off in style created by AAFT School of Fashion & Design. The first day of the event saw an array of designers influenced from different countries showcasing their creativity and flair on the runway. Azerbaijan, Ghana, Gambia, Bahamas, Paraguay, Cyprus, and Hungary all participated in the event, presenting their unique takes on fashion.
The event was made possible thanks to the support of the Indo-Hungary Film and Cultural Forum, Indo Azerbaijan, Indo-Cyprus, Indo-Paraguay, Indo-Bahamas, Indo-Gambia, and Indo-Ghana Film and Cultural Forums of ICMEI- International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry. Sandeep Marwah, the founder of Marwah Studios & President of ICMEI emphasized how art and culture play an essential role in strengthening international relations.
Each designer brought their unique style to the event. Tanisha Gupta and Fiza Noor showcased a range of garments inspired by Azerbaijan, while Anshika Srivastava presented designs influenced by Ghanaian culture. Yashi Singhal drew inspiration from the Gambia, while Nisha Kumari touched on the fashion sensibilities of the Bahamas. Priyal brought a Paraguayan flair to her designs, and Swati Sinha showcased a range influenced by Cyprus. Aashi and Gunjan Mishra presented a collection that paid tribute to the vibrant culture of Hungary.

Coffee With Sandeep Marwah New Program Devised by AAFT School of PREA
Noida: The AAFT School of PR Events and Advertising has launched a unique and innovative program called “Coffee with Sandeep Marwah,” where students can meet and interact with the Chancellor of the institution, Dr. Sandeep Marwah. This program offers an incredible opportunity for students to not only have coffee with the Chancellor but also to discuss various topics related to their careers, current affairs, and the progress of the institution.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, who has achieved nine world records in the media and entertainment industry, will share his experiences, thoughts, and ideas with the students. The students will have the chance to ask him questions and gain inspiration from his achievements. This initiative by AAFT is a unique one, as it is the first time that any institution has offered such an opportunity to its students.
The students were ecstatic about the program, and many of them expressed their excitement and gratitude towards the institution. They mentioned that they had never heard of such a facility or luxury to chat with the Chancellor and founder of any institution in the country.

AAFT and SONY Signed MOU to Promote Film Making and Journalism
Noida: New Delhi, India – The Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SONY, a leading Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation. The agreement is aimed at promoting good cinema and visual media and to enhance the value of cinema through the use of state-of-the-art equipment.
Sandeep Marwah, the President of AAFT, expressed his excitement for the partnership and emphasized the importance of building a strong relationship with Japan.
