More than 3000 people were astonished to see the grand opening of first day of 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014 on 11th of November in the campus of Marwah Studios at Noida Film City.

A non stop entertainment program was organized by the students of Asian Education Group comprising of Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Asian School of Communication and Asian Business School.

“Entertainment is the only way to bind and bring unity in the campus, then community and ultimately in the country” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios in the beginning of entertainment segment during after noon session of 7th GFFN. The division was full of song and dances, which was appreciated by one and all.

Asian School of Communication Creating Cinema City

The excitement was beyond control when 7th Global Film Festival Noida announced the participation of Asian School of Communication during the three days international film celebrations informed Mantosh Head Cinema ASC

All the films created and directed by the students of Asian School of Communication have been selected, to be shown to the film lovers and film professionals visiting during 7th GFFN 2014 from 11th to 13th November.

“The students have done extremely well in directing and presenting their films during the year. It is our delight to include these films in GFFN” said Sandeep Marwah President GFFN.

This is going to be the 3rd ASC Festival of Short Films as part of the international event. All the films will be shown under this banner.

International Film And Television Research Centre, the premier film and TV research Centre of India will work its new research during 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014 informed Sandeep Marwah President of GFFN 2014.

IFTRC has been in research business for more than two decades and has been working on how to produce better cinema and a powerful television program.

IFTRC has its own documentation Centre where more than 20 books have been published and distributed all over the World. Large numbers of research papers have been published to educate & support film, television and media students especially from Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies and Asian School of Communication.

“Research is the key to good documentary film making, which cannot be avoided at any cost” said young and enthusiastic documentary film maker Viveka Chauhan sharing her vast experience in the field of documentary film making at Asian School of Communication at Noida Film City.

“Calling important people from the industry uplifts the standard of the course and students get extraordinary information and education within the same period of time” said Sandeep Marwah President of Asian School of Communication.

Viveka has researched, written and directed number of film and television programs for different channels after her formal education and won number of awards in different festivals. Recently She has Directed a documentary called “The Journey from Sadir to Bharatanatyam” exploring socio historical impacts on the Bharatanatyam dance form in India. The film was commissioned by the Public Service Broadcasting trust in association with the Films Division of India.

Later Sandeep Marwah honored her with the life membership of International Film And Television Club of Asian School of Communication.

Asian School of Communication which is the representative and part of University of Central Lancashire the fifth biggest university of United Kingdom launched its news letter on the day of inauguration of the second batch of students.

“Writing is not only necessary but essential for the persons in media may it be print, radio, television, films or new media.” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios. “The language of expression can be any but emotions still remain the same” Marwah added.

“to be a journalist or a film maker your work starts from writing, and a news letter is a wonderful start for the students of ASC to express themselves by writing in it every month” said Robert Beers from University of Central Lancashire while inaugurating the first issue of the news letter prepared by the students.

R.K.Singh head of School, Avinash Singh Director General and Namarta Bagga, Nitin Saxena, Pankaj Rakesh, Lalit Srivastava were also present on the occasion.

Nationwide campaign Chetna Yatra 8 to promote the concept of Go Green, Go Digital movement is the only by road campaign of its kind has been flagged off today by Smt Sheila Dikshit, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi and Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios She flagged the yatra which is being led by Dr A K Rastogi, Chairman of Aavishkar Media Group and a key person of Broadcasting& Cable TV Industry of India. Dr A K Rastogi is the President of All India Aavishkar Dish Antenna Sangh.

“Chetna Yatra 8 will be focused on making people aware about the issue and telling them how they can contribute to the humane cause” informed Marwah. it will cover the entire India passing through around 450 cities with a distance of approximately 30000 kilometers in around 60 days. This campaign will emphasize on developing the harmony between relations between these stakeholders and to bring awareness on Global Warming, Green Broadcasting and E-Waste at large.

Teacher’s Day Celebration At AEG

“The best teacher is the one who suggests rather than dogmatizes,
and inspires his listener with the wish to teach himself” said Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group on the celebration of Teachers Day at Marwah Studios Film City Noida.

In India 5th September is celebrated as Teaches’ Day as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by teachers to the society. 5th September is the birthday of a great teacher Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, who was a staunch believer of education, and was the well-known diplomat, scholar, President of India and above all a Teacher.

“Teachers, I believe, are the most responsible and important members of society because their professional efforts affect the fate of the earth. It is better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher” added Marwah who has been in education for the last twenty years.
