Sandeep Marwah Honoured with International Media Guru Award

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah seven times World Record Holder is the only media person to be nominated Chancellor of the media & Arts University and National Chairperson of media & Entertainment upgradation Committee of Government of India in Ministry of Consumer Welfare and Public Distribution.

“I admire his passion for work. He is an asset to the country of India,” said Ram Kumar Verma Member Parliament Rajya Sabha while presenting the International Media Guru Award to Dr. Sandeep Marwah in a grand function on the occasion of 6th annual Global Star Award at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.

“We are proud of Sandeep Marwah and his achievements. He is a well-known international person with ample work to his credit. He has set an example to the World,” added Parvesh Verma Member Parliament Lok Sabha.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah has so far been honoured with seven Honorary Doctorates and hundreds of national and international awards for his untiring contribution to films, television, media, art and culture. He has been nominated by more than 50 countries of the World as their cultural Ambassador.

Dr. Marwah is a case study in 35 countries of the World and has been also honored in British Parliament, Bavarian Parliament, Wales Parliament other than Indian Parliament. Dr. Marwah is the founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios and AAFT University. He has taught and trained 19000 media professions from 145 countries of the World.

“I am thankful to everyone present here for your love and affection. My mission is to bring love, peace and unity through art and culture,” thanked Sandeep Marwah.

Sandeep Marwah Spoke on International Day of Non Violence

The International Day of Non-Violence is marked on 2 October, the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, leader of the Indian independence movement and pioneer of the philosophy and strategy of non-violence.

According to General Assembly resolution, which established the commemoration, the International Day is an occasion to “disseminate the message of non-violence, including through education and public awareness”. The resolution reaffirms “the universal relevance of the principle of non-violence” and the desire “to secure a culture of peace, tolerance, understanding and non-violence”

“We have created an organization World Peace Development And Research Foundation to work hand in hand with United Nation to bring in peace to the World” said Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nation addressing large number of media persons at Noida Film City.

“Sandeep Marwah is one in seven billion people of the World who has created five World record in media. He is a living legend, a source of inspiration for millions of people of the World, he is an international media guru” introduced by the presenter of Sophia Educational And Welfare Society at Shah Auditorium on celebration of its annual day.

“The Sophia Society and all its members today feeling proud to be associated with Sandeep Marwah who is the founder of film City Noida, Marwah Studios, Asian Academy of Film and Television and has trained 12000 media professions from 94 countries of the World. His contribution through 125 feature films, 5000 training films, 4500 television TV programs is commendable” added Suhail Khan President of the society.

All the members of managing committee of Sophia Society in a grand function handed over the Award to Sandeep Marwah. “I am indebted to the members of this NGO which is working for the social cause and upliftment of the down trodden through different ways and means. This award has more value as it is coming from the people of Delhi”added Marwah. The event was followed by a cultural program.

Sandeep Marwah on Fashion Ramp To Propagate Save The Girl Child

“We all have gathered here to propagate the cause of ‘Save The Girl Child’ which has become a very serious issue in developing countries especially in India” said Sandeep Marwah the President of Marwah Studios, a creative enterprises while walking on the grand ramp prepared by the Embassy of Sultanate of Oman at Chanakya Puri at New Delhi to highlight Power Walk 2012.

Sandeep Marwah who has been heading number of social organization said, ”I feel its our corporate social responsibility to take care of the downtrodden segment of the society. Many people should come forward” Marwah was accompanied on ramp by Cartoonist Sudhir Talang, Singer Anoop Jalota, Miss India-Earth Harleen Kaur, Miss World Diana Hayden, Actor Director Akbar Khan, Producer Abhijeet Sarkar and Omar Nasim.

Designer from Oman Anisa Moosa Al Zadjali, Pallavi Mohan, Zubair Kirmani and Sulakshna Monga showcased their collection. The Ambassador of Oman Humaid Al Maani and Vinay Gupta hosted the grand event.

World Religious parliament has conferred title of recognition ‘Antarrashtriya Media Guru’ ( International media Guru) upon Sandeep Marwah, President Marwah Studios for his illustrious services in the field of films and television for more than two decades in particular and the world at large.

The citation read out on the occasion says this parliament feels proud in felicitating people dedicated and committed to the service of humanity through ancient Indian cultural values and the cleanliness of internal and as well as external environment.
