New Delhi: Not very long ago we created Indo Guyana Film and Cultural Forum to develop and promote relation between the people of two countries. We are thankful to H.E. Charrandass Persaud High Commissioner of Guyana to accept the patronship for the forum and nominating me as the Chair for the same. As per our understanding we have handed over the AAFT scholarship for a short-term course in creative arts for the deserving student from Guyana to the High Commissioner. This scholarship also includes boarding and lodging for the educational period of approximately three months.
